Partnership for Life's Lodge Challenge |
|
|
|
Jeff Sowder, President of the Kansas Masonic Foundation, issued a
second challenge at the Grand Lodge Session in March to every Kansas
Mason and
every Kansas Lodge to be a part of the Partnership for Life with the Kansas Masonic Cancer Research Institute at the KU Cancer Center.
This challenge is for all Masons to make a gift or pledge anytime from now until the end of February 2009 to the Partnership for Life. You can download a pledge form,
complete the form and then return it to the KMF office. Or, you
can make a gift to the Foundation for the Partnership for Life. 100% of your gift will go to the Kansas Masonic Cancer Research Institute.
C -Club credit will be given for your gift and your Lodge will also be
credited. Non-Masons can also participate with your gifts added to the
Lodge of their choice. We encourage Lodges to consider a fundraising activity with the proceeds to go to the Partnership for Life Campaign. Perhaps a watermelon feed this summer or a chili feed this fall is something you may want to organize.
Lodge Challenge Leaders
At the Grand Lodge Session in
2008, Jeff Sowder on behalf of the Kansas Masonic Foundation recognized the Masonic Lodges
that have, through gifts from the Lodges or their Lodge Members, met the following challenges.
Thanks for your support of the Partnership for Life!
